Hey. I’m popping into your inbox today not because of the eclipse. (Although, we can totally pretend that that was how I planned this.) While hubby and I celebrate on April 1st, we were technically married on April 8th. It was when we said our I dos.
That means it’s our 13th wedding anniversary on the day of an eclipse! It’s a sign, right?
Okay, I’ll fess up. I’m not here because of that either. I just wanted to get in on the fun of the eclipse and soothe the pain of being too far away from the line of totality to get to see it. I don’t think I’ll even get to see it with protective glasses because of how cloudy it is here. 😖 I’m sending this out last minute so that should tell you how well I plan things.
No, I’m here because I have a new book out today!
A Quick Test is now available for you to read. 45 tales about aliens, outer space, science gone wrong, and conspiracy theories told in 200 words. It is perfect because you can squeeze in a quick tale into your busy day. Trust me, as someone who has been running around like a chicken with her head cut off and doing house stuff, 200 words is the perfect length to sneak some reading in.
Be sure to grab it now because at the end of the week I am raising the price from 99 cents to $1.99.
If you already pre-ordered, you should have it in your hot, little hands already. Thank you so much for supporting my writing. We will be back to our normal non-shilling shenanigans on the 13th where we are going to explore a Michigan mystery.1
Thank you for reading.
Until next time, stay spooked!
~Patricia J.L.
I have to give a spoiler alert, though. It won’t be the one you voted for as moving house meant I wasn’t able to research so I fell back on one I had already looked into.
Happy Anniversary! And Happy Book Release! My copy already downloaded, so now, I have something really fun to read tonight. Thank you for writing such cool stories!
Happy Anniversary and Happy book release! ❤️
