For some reason I just said to it f off and it was gone in an instant. Still not sure what is was. but I have never experienced anything like that before or since. I had even forgot about that night until you asked me.
It better not come back now.... think you are the 4th person Ive told in about 2 years.
And kinda-sorta. When I was a teenager, I once woke up and saw a man's face staring at me. I think I wrote about it when I first started this Substack. I did the natural thing and hid under the blankets until I was brave enough to look. It only happened once, thankfully.
For some reason I did, dont think I believed what I saw. Maybe thats what helped me. It was scary when you think about it. I dont think i will ever forget how it looked.

How did you manage to sleep after that? I saw a bear, you saw a mans face🫣 It would have taken me at least an hour.
I think my age helped because I had forgotten it by the end of the day because I had more important teenage stuff to worry about. Which was probably boys. LOL
If it happened to me now, I would have such a hard time getting to sleep.

I quite enjoy it. There's a nice community of writers over on their Notes, which is their social media attempt.
