He will heal all your ails with his cuteness.
WELCOME TO ARTS & CRAFTS
This is where I showcase something creative I have made. It may be a drawing, my knitting, or another handmade craft I enjoy making. There’s a poll at the bottom for what I should share next. Do it please! 😘

Today I’m only sharing my knitted plague doctor. I was inspired to create him because of my writing friend, Christine Rains.
Given the difficulty I've had finding info on what knitting patterns I can and can't use for craft shows, I'm going to state upfront: You are welcome to make and sell handmade items with my knitting patterns. All I ask is you give me credit for the knitting pattern. You can also share pictures of your knitted handmade familiars with me. I'd honestly love to see them.

HAVE YOU BEEN INSPIRED?
Then try you hand at knitting your own or try making a knitted DRAGON FAMILIAR. You can also have me make you a familiar if knitting isn’t your cup of tea.
My next email will drop into your inbox on May 8th. Keep your eyes open because I will be sharing the Ghost in the Michigan Bell Telephone Company.

That plague doctor is brilliant!
I don't knit and I don't know anything about knitting but I was compelled to read your knitting pattern here like it was a foreign language or some kind of code (which, I suppose it is). Now I'm thinking a knitting pattern would make a great rhythmic backbone for a flash fiction story!
